Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Promotion Period

Starts October 1, 12:00 AM and ends October 31, 11:59 PM (Sponsor’s local time). Winner announced on or about November 2 via email and Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Western Europe, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and the United States, age 18+ at entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, agents, and family/household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

You can enter in several ways during the Promotion Period:

• Purchases: Every $1 spent = 1 entry (rounded up to the nearest whole dollar). Shipping, taxes, discounts, and gift card purchases are excluded from the “order total” used to calculate entries.
• Write a review: Post a review on the product you purchased → +10 bonus entries.
• Referral: Get a friend to place an order using your promo code → +10 bonus entries.

Important: Cancelled or returned orders are ineligible and any entries from those orders will be voided. Fraudulent, automated, or bulk activity will be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive their choice of:

• A WHOOP® Peak performance band, OR
• $250 paid via Visa gift card, Venmo, or cryptocurrency (winner’s choice if available in their region).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. If the winner elects the WHOOP® Peak performance band it will be shipped to them from Amazon. 

5. Winner Selection & Odds

The winner will be chosen randomly using a random number generator. This means the selection is done by software, not by us. Each entry is like a “ticket,” and the more entries you have, the more chances you get. The computer then picks the winning ticket at random - ensuring the process is fair and unbiased.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about November 2 from all eligible entries received.

How odds are calculated: Each entry is one “ticket” in the drawing. Your odds depend on the number of entries you have compared to the total number of entries from all participants.

Example: If you place an order of $15 (15 entries) and the total eligible sales during the Promotion Period equal $600 (600 entries across all participants), your odds of winning are 15 out of 600, or 2.5%, assuming you do not earn bonus entries from reviews or referrals.

Bonus entries from reviews (+10) and referrals (+10) are added on top of your purchase-based entries, which can further improve your odds.

6. Notification

Winner will be notified via the email on file and may be announced on Reddit. Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification and may be required to sign an eligibility/liability/publicity release where lawful. If winner does not respond in time or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.  The final winner will be announced on this page as well. 

7. Entry Conditions

• Promotion Period using your promo code. Cancelled/returned referral orders void the referral bonus.
• Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

8. General

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. Release & Publicity

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize. Where lawful, winner agrees that Sponsor may use winner’s name, city/country, likeness, and statements for advertising/trade without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this Giveaway is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used for administration of the Giveaway and related communications.

11. Platforms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Reddit or Instagram or Whoop. Participants release Reddit and Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this promotion.

12. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sponsor is located, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.
